Every cut comes from our own Akaushi–Red Angus cattle in Comfort, Texas — vacuum sealed, flash frozen and labeled. 10 lb minimum on orders being shipped.

Ship My Order

- Shipped orders require a minimum of 10 pounds.
- Shipped orders normally leave the ranch on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- You are notified by email when your order ships.
- Eligible Sussex Ranch beef products are vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen.
- Shipped orders are packed in insulated 12-inch or 16-inch boxes using an insulated liner and freezer pack.
- This packaging is designed to protect the frozen beef for up to two days in transit.
- Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Pick Up My Order
Collect your order in person instead of shipping.
- Local pickup in Comfort, Texas, is available without the shipping minimum.
- Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- A prior appointment is required.
- Orders are normally ready within one day, depending on availability.
- You are notified by email when your order is ready.
Orders that ship need 10 lbs
Frozen beef holds its temperature better in a fuller box, so shipped orders must reach a 10 lb minimum. Ground beef is an easy way to top off your order. If your order is under 10 lbs, you can add more beef or choose pickup at Sussex Ranch — Comfort. Pickup orders have no weight minimum.
Moving between shopping and checkout
Your cart is held in Shopify, so you can keep shopping and step back into checkout without losing anything.
Checkout, payment, shipping and pickup are handled by Shopify.
