Rooted in tradition, driven by passion. Sussex Ranch was founded on the belief that the best beef starts with the best care. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country, our ranch is more than just a place to raise cattle — it's a way of life.

Our journey started with a simple idea: raise exceptional beef in a way that honors both the land and the animal. By crossing our legacy Red Angus cattle with the renowned Japanese Akaushi breed, we created something special — beef that is hearty, flavorful, and naturally superior in tenderness and marbling.

We chose to call the Texas Hill Country home, not just for its beauty, but because it provides the ideal environment for raising our cattle naturally. With open pastures, fresh water from Cypress Creek, and a dedication to regenerative ranching, Sussex Ranch is built on the foundation of quality, sustainability and respect for the land.

We never use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, hormones, antibiotics or growth stimulants. Our cattle are raised naturally, just as nature intended — healthier beef for you and a healthier ecosystem for future generations.
