To ensure your meat arrives in perfect condition, all orders must meet a minimum of 10 pounds. We thoroughly freeze all of our meat before shipping and use high-quality insulation to keep it frozen for 2-3 days in transit. The 10 lb minimum helps maintain the necessary cold temperature inside the package. Orders below this weight will be canceled and refunded within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.


If your cart is under 10 lbs, we recommend adding a few pounds of our premium Ground Beef—a versatile and delicious way to stock your freezer while meeting the requirement!


 These premium cuts are in very limited supply, so we offer them exclusively in our Small and Large Beef Boxes. This ensures that more customers have the chance to enjoy these sought-after steaks while also getting a great selection of our high-quality beef.

Yes and no. Akaushi cattle are a specific breed of Wagyu, known as “Japanese Red,” originating from Kumamoto, Japan. Since Akaushi is a type of Wagyu, all Akaushi beef is technically Wagyu—but not all Wagyu is Akaushi.


Our Akaushi-Red Angus beef is a 50/50 blend of Akaushi and Red Angus, combining the rich marbling and buttery texture of Wagyu with the bold, beefy flavor of American Angus. This unique cross gives you a Wagyu-like experience with exceptional tenderness and flavor while maintaining the hearty qualities of traditional Angus beef.
