$400 Refundable Deposit to reserve your cow.
Half Cows are $1,700 (avg. 225–285 lbs)
- additional $575–$675 processing fee.
Whole Cows are $3,200 (avg. 450–570 lbs)
- additional $1,000–$1,200 processing fee.
You pick up the meat at the processor. No Fees.
Your remaining balance is due at the time of Processing.

Packaging Details

An average half cow will take 8-9 cu. ft. of freezer space. Should fit in the backseat of a car or trunk.
An average whole cow will take 16-18 cu. ft. of freezer space.
All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled by our TX state inspected butcher.
Your order will be packed frozen into cardboard boxes, and includes an inventory sheet with all of your cuts listed.

Current turnaround is 3-4 months from deposit to delivery/pickup.
Weight selections are sent out via email usually 1-2 weeks after deposit.
Processing fees will be due at time of processing and paid directly to Harvest House Meat Processing.
